Where is my package?

You can easily track your order using your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we’ll email you a delivery confirmation with a tracking number. Just click the tracking link in that email to see your parcel’s status in real time.


Has my order been placed?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email at the address you provided. This usually arrives instantly, but in some cases it may take up to an hour.
You can double-check if your order was placed by:

  • Looking for the confirmation email (check spam/junk just in case)
  • Logging into your My Account page on StyleMe.pk
  • Remembering if you saw the confirmation page right after checkout

How do I make a claim on a product?

If you’ve received a defective or wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll sort it out for you.
Just contact our support team with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Email these details to info@styleme.pk or send them via our WhatsApp support. We’ll review your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.


How do I make a return or exchange?

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original packaging with tags attached

Please Note:

  • Sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are not accepted for used items, damaged packaging, or hygiene-sensitive products like undergarments.

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at info@styleme.pk or message us on WhatsApp to get return approval.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Send it back via any reliable courier (return cost is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the return.


Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so if it’s already been dispatched, cancellation might not be possible. In that case, you can follow our return process after receiving the order.


Can I change my shipping address?

We can change your address only if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Digital Wallets (where available)

Do you charge for delivery?

No — Delivery is 100% free all over Pakistan.


How long will delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
