Delivery Information

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are usually processed and dispatched the same day. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons (sales, Eid, holidays, and promotions), please allow a little extra time for processing.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is 100% Free on all orders across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times start from the date of dispatch and are usually:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Some remote locations may take longer due to courier availability. Weather conditions or unforeseen delays may also affect delivery times.

Receiving Your Order
We work with trusted courier partners nationwide. Orders can be delivered to your home, office, or any valid address. Our service is not a named-person delivery service, meaning anyone at the delivery address may sign for your order. If you prefer contactless delivery, please inform the courier when they call before delivery.

If delivery attempts fail after three consecutive business days and we receive no response, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging
Orders are securely packed in protective, eco-friendly packaging. During sale periods, items may be shipped in plain recyclable boxes without gift wrapping.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp or email at info@styleme.pk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once approved, send the item back via a reliable courier.
  3. Let us know if you’d like a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in PKR via bank transfer or store credit within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Since delivery is free, shipping charges are non-refundable only if applicable in rare cases.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
